- Brandon Strangman is the Founder and Managing Director, with 20 years in cybersecurity, a digital forensics background and a Master of Cyber Studies and Investigations.

- Defy IT supports businesses in Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan, Moreton Bay, Gold Coast and Toowoomba. Most support is remote, with on-site visits when hardware needs hands.
